We offer classes for both adults and children! Once enrolled you are able to attend as many offered classes within your age group as you would like. The schedule can be found on our home page.

Kid's Karate

Our children's program is for kids ages 5-11 years old and is designed to teach children effective self-defense against bullies and kidnappers while still learning the traditional Karate curriculum. During class children enjoy learning Japanese traditions, courtesy and terminology. This helps increase discipline, confidence and skills that can be carried into all aspects of their lives.

Adult Karate

Our adult classes are for ages 12 and up. This class follows a very traditional curriculum comprised of sparring, forms, breaking and weapons while specializing in self-defense. During this class you will learn Japanese terminology, history and traditions. Practitioners in this class receive rank in two systems, Fudoshin Kai and Kumade Nobushi Kyokai. Which consists of a combination or four traditional styles of martial arts.

Aiki Jutsu

Aiki Jutsu is a modern martial art geared toward realistic, dynamic self-defense, which leads its practitioners to immediately and effectively defend themselves. This art has been designed for any person regardless of their age and fitness level. There are no sit-ups or push-ups required. Just pure self-defense. Curriculum in the class focuses on controlling one's attacker by using their own force against them. You will learn how to effectively disable your attacker with the use of joint locks, controlling techniques and throws. This class is for adults 12 and up.
